I am now officially 'broke.'
I just sat down & paid most of my
bills for August, and I am left with
less than $100, with no job in sight.
I know this is probably obvious, but I
am, at this point, scared shitless.

it sounds so bad, and i understand you so well because i'm in a similar situation right now. it's desperating but there is no other exit than work shitty until something changes, or do something more drastic.
all strenght and corage!! if you feel forced to work in a shit be strong in your mind: it's just temporal, you have a great talent! you will find a way
